Public Transport to Moalboal

FROM CEBU CITY

Step 1: Head to Cebu South Bus Terminal
Location: N. Bacalso Ave., near Elizabeth Mall (E-Mall)
Transport: Taxi or Grab from anywhere in Cebu City

Step 2: Take a Bus or Van to Moalboal
Bus Operator: Ceres Liner or Librando
Route: “Cebu → Bato via Barili”
Duration: 3 to 4 hours
Departure Time: Every 30 minutes from 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Tip: Do not take “via Oslob” route; it will not pass Moalboal

Step 3: Drop off at Moalboal Town or Panagsama Junction
Ask the conductor to drop you at either Moalboal Public Market (for town center) or Gaisano Moalboal (for Panagsama Beach area)
From junction to Panagsama or White Beach: Take a tricycle or habal-habal (motorbike)
Travel time: 10–15 minutes

FROM BOHOL (TAGBILARAN)

Step 1: Ferry from Tagbilaran Port to Cebu City (Pier 1)
